NO REFUNDS! All sales are final. Refunds will only be granted by the brand should a product not be in stock or won't be restocking anytime soon.

As all products are handmade and shipped by the brand, processing of orders can take 5 to 10 business days!

Priority shipping does not mean expedited processing. Please be patient as we make all attempts in providing quality product and services to each individual customer. 

As orders are placed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address that you provided at the time of your purchase. If you did not receive an initial email at the time of your order, you provided an incorrect email address. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
